We had a mama raccoon and 4 babies living in a planter on our patio. We are a restaurant so this was a problem, Ray and his team came within the hour of me calling and the job was done in an hour! Fantastic job and very friendly. Great with the raccoons. Mama is now out and moving her babies elsewhere!

I woke up one morning to major raccoon sounds coming from my laundry room. I left phone messages with a few companies, 360 Wildlife Control got back to me almost right away, and they went out of their way to make an appointment for the next day. Sia was professional and courteous, and when Plan A didn't work, he came back 2 days later with Plan B, no extra charge, and got our raccoon out humanely, blocking up the entry point solidly so no other critters could get in. Very satisfied, I would recommend highly!

For few day we kept hearing some animal noise in our kitchen's exhuast vent. Noises were only heard in the morning for few days. Over the weekend called another company to come a take a look. They only had time available mid week. I was ok with the mid week appointment but on Monday the noises were intolerable and they continued till the late afternoon. Early afternoon I called the other company to ask if they can somehow help me out but the person on the phone siad he is on another job and he will call me back as soon as he is free. I waited till 6:30 and he never called back. I google searched 360wikdlife and luckily Ray answered and said he will come out right away. Ray and his technician showed up promptly within half an hour and quickly inspected the site. He pointed out some weak point around other vents of my house and said he can secure all of the right a way. He then proceeded and dismantled the kitchen hood and made sure there was no animal or nest is in there. He took care of my property and cleaned up all the mess after himself. He and his technician made 4 metal cages and placed them around the vents so in future no animals can help themselves in. Thank you very much Ray for prompt and quick service.

I discovered that raccoons were trying to get into my house and called 360 wildlife at noon on Friday. Ray came at 9:30 Saturday morning conducted a complete inspection and provided a quote. they were very virtuous and professional. The quote was competitive and the job was completed by 11. Very pleased that we could act quickly and get the job completed within a day to prevent the raccoons from getting into my attic. Very happy with the work!

We heard some noises in the attic and called 360 Wildlife to help investigate and remove. They patched up the holes and cleared out the babies they found. They were very professional, covering their shoes when they walked through the house and took videos to show us what was being done. They even fixed the attic door so it closed more securely. Very grateful for their help!

They arrived within the appointment block, with a call a half-hour beforehand to let me know when they'd arrive, and located the squirrel's entrance into the house within a minute or so. Some improvisation was required due to how soft the bricks were. On the phone, I had been quoted the rate for three-story houses, but when they realized the work was to be done at the second story level, they told me they would charge me the two-story house rate. I thought this was very decent and fair, and I was amazed that I didn't have to ask about it. I think many companies would just charge what they quoted. I'm going to keep this company in mind for any future issues we have, and I would definitely recommend this company.

360 Wildlife Control came to my house on two separate occasions due to a squirrel that was making its way into the house through two separate entry points. Ray was quick to respond to my phone calls, and was out to my house the next day. After installing two one-way doors, and preventing further access by covering the area with metal grating, I was thoroughly impressed by the service, and Ray's professionalism.

I called 360 Wildlife Control Inc. to get squirrels out of the gap between the bedroom wall and the brick wall. I was very impressed with the quick response, the thorough check and the consultation. Ray added a one way door and galvanized steel to prevent the return without harming the squirrels in anyway. Ray was very friendly, professional and reliable. I would definitely recommend their services!
