Ray and his team went above and beyond for my family. He agreed to service our home when no other pest control company would. Specifically, our home is three stories tall and in dangerously close proximity to our neighbor, making it extremely risky to climb a ladder. Ray serviced the exterior of our home without any problems, putting up fencing and a one-way door for the squirrels to exit. The noise within our walls had disappeared, but a single squirrel had found its way inside my bedroom closet. I contacted Ray right away, and he not only answered his phone but also safely removed it from the property that same night. I cannot thank Ray enough. His professionalism and expertise, I truly believe, are unrivalled.

I am so happy we chose this company. We redid our roof and 3 squirrels got into our warehouse. They were here to set traps the next day, caught the squirrels within 2 days and came to pick them up the same day they were caught. July 2022 called Brilliex about a family of raccoons always camping out under my deck for the last several years. Ray was very pleasant on the phone and explained the possible options. He sent out Leonardo to conduct an assessment the very next morning. After agreeing to the quote and work, Leo went to work right away. Leo was very pleasant and hard working. Best of all one of the raccoons actually came out while Leo was installing the last of the screening and one-way door. We were very pleased with the outcome, and we feel so relieved that we won't have to worry that the critters will scurry under the deck while we're eating/BBQing.
