From our first contact with James we were impressed. His e-mails and phone calls were always handled promptly and professionally. Our decision to go with James was quite easy and we looked forward to starting the renovations. We decided to start with our guest bathroom and powder room. James arrived on the first morning and had both rooms demolished and even the new tub in place before I got home. The renovations took about 9 working days (due to the always unforeseen problems lurking under floors and behind fixtures). At no time did I feel like we were living under a massive messy renovation. When we returned home each night we could see the progress, and on the final day it was wonderful to see our vision come to life. We can hardly wait to get started on the next phase (in the new year) of our renovations with James and his crew.
