We first used Imram a few years ago to clean and perform maintenance on our fireplace. During today's visit he did the same and also pointed out areas of wear and tear on the 17 year old unit which will need to be replaced at some point. It would have been easy to tell us they needed expensive immediate repairs but Imram cleaned and brought the unit to a safe state for minimal cost.
