Imran is such a wonderful, patient and knowledgeable technician. This is the second time I had him over. I trust him immensely and once again he did not disappoint us. My gas fireplace was not turning on. We called him at the busiest time of the year! Patiently they called us with possible dates and times that they could " squeeze" us in. And that is exactly what they did, after a very long workday! When Imran arrived it took him seconds to detect the issue. It was silly, and probably as a result of one of my kids fiddling with the buttons. But the reason I am writing this is to confirm his absolute honesty. He could have been dishonest but that is not who he is . He is exactly the type of person you can welcome into your home.- both capable and honest! Thank you for standing out in the market!
