Rebuilt flat roof and basement redevelopment
After much frustration of dealing with multiple Contractor's quotes and suggestions, I was referred to Dan Walker at Enchant Management. He was able to meet and accomidate my schedule and was quite thorough in his review of the scope of work. He identified at least 4 items that others had not and was clear in his explanation on why it would not be advisable to proceed with a couple of suggestions from other quotes( ie. work not necessary and no return on investment).
We settled on the scope and he provided me with a comprehensible quote and schedule. Work proceeded in a timely manner and the crew was professional, polite and most of all kept my property clean and showed respect for my family. It has been almost 2 years and there have been no deficiencies to the scope and I am not only very satisfied with the job well done but would recommend Enchant Management to any and everyone.
