fazee was very pleasant and thorough and made sure that the mattress covers I bought on my own were certified. he followed up with me twice to make sure my experience was satisfactory and that my bed bugs were all assassinated.

Nasser who was the technician did a fantastic job. He was very thorough and detail. He also took point out the cause and what to expect and the time frame the treatment would take to work. After he put Dow the treatment we notice a drastic improve the next day. He also did a follow up treatment for the pharaoh ants. Awesome service.

Wasnt getting proper sleep for 3-4 months. Everyday i was waking up with ichyness and redmarks on my skin. Caused our family to be grumpy everymorning and thru out the day due to the lack of sleep. Found pestend thru yelp, they answered their call late at night and came to inspect our house within the next two days! They Sent us a man named Hamid very kind and friendly and easy to talk to. Hamid took.his time to go thru our bedrooms explained to us what chemicals he was gonna use and did a terrific job. After a spray and a follow thru bedbugs wher only spotted for a day or two and eventually killed by the chemicals. Very reasonable price compared to the other companies we called who wanted to charge $1500 to remove them. Highly Reccommend Pestend and try and ask the company for Hamid! Amazing work. I live in downtown Toronto. In the past, I had used Pestend Pest Control for a mouse infestation. This summer, my house was infested by rats due to local infrastructure upgrades. The dispatcher who took my call, was knowledgeable and pleasant. A technician arrived at my house promptly and diagnosed the issues. After a thorough inspection of the interior and exterior of the house, he determined several areas in the foundation and lower brickwork that were damaged. These cracks and holes might not have been apparent to an inexperienced pest control specialist. Luqman Butter set up numerous feeding stations for the rodents and took the time to explain which areas of the brickwork needed attention. He was thorough, courteous and genuinely concerned about preventing future infestation. I then had a masonry company come in and do extensive repairs on the brickwork. However, signs of re-infestation occurred within three months, I called Pestend in again. Luqman arrived the next day, refilled the feeding stations and re-examined the house for rodent entry points. He found a large hole that was hidden behind my neighbour's staircase which was the likely where the rats were getting into the house. He patiently answered all my questions. The charges for the visit was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

Had bed bugs few months back. It was a very bad situation ,and it felt like i was in the hell. Called Pest End, and it was fixed in the first visit however had a follow up for examining the areas but no activities found. Hamid and Nasir did a great a job. After hearing what we believed to be mice in our roof ceiling during night hours, we decided to contact Pestend Pest Control for an assessment. The appointment was made easily and a representative was scheduled the very next day.

A service representative named Tony arrived promptly at the designated time. After describing the noises in the ceiling to him, he did an external inspection of the house. He quickly diagnosed the issue and set baits around my house. I was told the pests should be gone after two weeks. It has been well over two weeks, and, indeed, there has been no sign of the pests since the day of the appointment.

All services were completed within an hour since he arrived. Very efficient and quick service. Tony answered every inquiry I had in a thorough, clear, and professional manner. Tony was very considerate of my house, and was extremely polite to my relatives.

Based on this experience, I would definitely recommend Pestend Pest Control for any unwanted pest issues, and would not hesitate to call them again.

The exterminator Moe who came to my house to exterminate roaches was very friendly and professional. He always arrived on time and gave me a call before he arrived. Would recommend this company and moe to anyone that has problem with roaches.
