We live in SE Burlington. We had had quite a lot of flying ants for 2-3 weeks. Soon, apparently, to become carpenter ants! Our various amateur methods did not work. Desperate one Sunday, we called a couple of places. Pestend answered in person, even on a Sunday. Alex, their technician came at 11:30 am the NEXT day. He was on time, conscientious, respectful, pleasant, professional and attentive. He carefully explained things to us, and also, gave us a couple of prevention tips. After meeting him, we had zero qualms leaving him alone in our home for the almost 2-hour procedure. He left our home very neat. After 2-3 days, the ants were totally gone. A big thank you!
