After doing some research online and finding them highly rated, I called PestEnd after becoming completely exasperated with a mouse infestation. They sent over Fazee, one of their technicians, who immediately made me feel I'd made the right choice. He was very thorough and addressed all of my concerns over having poison in my house. (the products used are not airborne, and are contained in locked "bait stations" that people can't get into.)
The mouse problem is beginning to subside after a couple weeks, and Fazee even made a second house call to check on the bait stations and refill some of them in higher traffic areas! 10/10.
