Excellent Service dealing with Mice
I hired PestEnd to deal with a persistent mice problem in my home in downtown Toronto as well as in a rental home where a tenant had found one mouse.
I liked that Pest End offered a one year guarantee and that follow up visits would be included in the cost. It was about $225 per house. It took about 3 weeks (as they had predicted) for the treatment to effectively eliminate the mice.
Hamid did a great job talking me through repairing mouse entry points in the house. He was efficient, prompt, friendly and knowledgable. For the initial and follow up visit (6 months later), excellent communication and showed up when he said he would, which I really appreciated. Zafar did the original visit and was also great to deal with.
