I don't normally write reviews but I think it is extremely important that people who find themselves in this awful situation of acquiring bed bugs, can be rest assured knowing there is an easy solution ( despite all of the horror stories online). we went through another company first that our building hired and they turned out to be unsatisfactory. searching online I stumbled upon pestend,,, and I am so so grateful that I did. everyone I spoke with over the phone were extremely informative and supportive. they were able to come out within a few days rather than a week and a half like the other place. Naseer was our exterminator, and he was AMAZING from the start. it is so rare to find good customer service now adays, and he went way above and beyond. i was able to msg him with any questions I had, and he was quick to answer with kindness, patience and reassurance. He told be that bug activity should seize within 10 days ( it only took a day or two) and that he would be back in about two weeks for a follow up. anyways,,, when this all started i was so stressed i couldn't even sleep. but now we are bug free and I owe it all to Naseer and Pestend. thank you guys so much! ! ! ! <3 seriously, thank you!
