Mouse control

They say they have a 100% money-back guarantee. They came a first time, gave recommendations which I implemented. A month later our problem was not solved. They came back and installed more mouse bait. A couple months after that they returned and then recommended that I put screens on two vents that they hadn't noticed at the first two visits. With work travel it took me a while to have that done. By then, I could hear the mice again. When I called them again it was literally 4 days after the end of the money-back guarantee. So they refused to offer further assistance. Their measures were not effective--the problem recurred three times within the six month period. So I'm $200 poorer and now have to start all over again with a new company. Their sticking to the letter of their timeline and not allowing an extra four days seems short-sighted to me. They've lost me as a customer and certainly have lost my recommendation.

In reply to their response, they did not say that they would have to open up the area, they told me I would have to have holes made in the wall (they did not specify exactly where) BEFORE their visit. And no, I did not agree to do that.

On April10,2015 one of our technician visited your property for mice treatment. At his initial visit he found mice were looking thorough holes and there was high mice infestation at your home. Any place with that high infestation may require more than on trip to resolve the pest problem and our technician always review their prices according to the situation. But in your case he did not do that , not only that he also helped you to clean the mice droppings that were present there for months that should part of regular cleaning if anyone does it. we happily provided all follow ups whenever it was requested from you as per your need. Once your warranty expired again you called in and told you heard some noise behind the wall but there is no signs of mice activity inside your home. What you were told from our office there is a possibility we may have to open up that area in order to address the issue and there could be visit charges for all that additional work since your warranty has expired, but you refused it. Taking care of pest problem at initial stage it is always good for the home owner and the property as well otherwise these mice or rats can be very destructive to the property and you may have to open up structure from certain areas to rectify the pest problem.
