Basement spare room remediation
These guys were amazingly prompt after we had a water leak (through a window well). They were recommended by Aquatech (see that review also).
They were in quickly and did a great job of sealing off the affected area, used negative pressure, etc to make sure the process was as contained as possible.
We got out air certification pass and they left the area in good shape for the reconstruction.
For the remediation work they did a great job.
The quote they gave to rebuild though was excessive and we ended up going with someone else to reconstruct the room.

When it comes to reconstruction, mold.ca uses the highest quality materials that are designed to prevent or inhibit future mold growth. Unfortunately, these high quality products are much more expensive than standard products used by most contractors, which is why the re-build quote is higher when you build to mold standards.
