Discovering that I had bed bugs was one of the most stressful things I have ever gone through. Not only did they deal with my infestation with the utmost of expertise and professionalism, Cary (the owner) has been wonderful to work with - answering my hundreds of questions, dealing with my property manager, and generally calming me down and assuring me he'd get rid of my problem. This is a company that really cares about its clients and I will not hesitate to recommend them to friends in the future. On the day of treatment Cary and Julio (also fantastic, calm and very careful with my furniture and possessions) showed up on time and had absolutely EVERYTHING under control. They took great care of my condo unit; nothing is damaged or warped from the heat. After several sleepless nights and stressful days, my life can finally get back to normal.
