My garage door wouldn't always close all the way -- if it didn't run smoothly along the rails it would get near the bottom and then the opener would just return it to the open position. I called Easy Flip and they offered a $39 service fee to come check it out.

Mike was friendly and arrived on time for our appointment. He explained the problem clearly -- turns out the wheels that ran along the track had worn down and needed to be replaced. It only took him about 15 minutes to replace the part, and he used penetrating lube on all the hinges and springs.

Great service for a decent price!
