We called Plumbers Direct this week based on a recomendation from a friend - and we are really glad we did.
We moved into an older home and had immediate challenges with the toilets. We called Plumbers Direct and we were thrilled with the service. Here is why:

- He arrived at our home at the agreed upon time. (no waiting!)
- He was respectful of our home environment (even had cool little booties to protect our floors)
- He got the job done quickly and effectively.
- He was up front about the costs and dialogued with us on different options to save us money. We never felt pressured or stupid asking questions.
Peter is a true professional and a clear communicator.
We are thrilled with the work done in our three bathrooms and we will be calling Plumbers Direct again in the future. I'm a really picky person, so this says alot!!
