The two cables were broken. Over the phone, I was told that the cost includes $95 service fee plus parts costs. The technician came and replaced the two broken cables. I was not satisfied with the service because when the door moves down, it does not move smoothly as before, and makes loud noises and squeaks. The technician told me that I have to change rollers to eliminate noises. But change rollers would cost hundreds of dollars.
I don’t understand why the technician charged me additional $125 for labor. I had not been told that there would be labor cost.
Also, their website says all major credit card acceptable, but the technician accepted only debit card or cash. This is a false statement.
