Northern Comfort was one of three companies I got quotes from for replacement windows. They were recommended to me by a friend at work who had been very happy with them. We live in York Region and liked the fact that they were a local business to support. Their quote was better than another large window company offering the same product.
In particular I want to acknowledge Sales Consultant, Mark L. from the Newmarket showroom. He gave great information about replacement windows. In choosing a company, I went back to him 2 or 3 times to clarify things. He knew I was still in negotiations with another company and had not made a final decision. He remained professional and honoured what we had discussed. He really went above and beyond without discrediting his competitors. It was refreshing to work with an honourable sales rep.
