We found our sales representative, Peter to be exceptional. He was knowledgeable, helpful with our purchase and very professional at all times. John our installer was also exceptional, from start to finish. He explained everything is was going to do and how he was going to do it. Him and his partner worked hard through out the day installing our new bay window. Upon completion John made sure that everything was cleaned up and tidy. All I have is praise for Northern Comfort - your product, customer service and workers is exceptional and I would highly recommend Northern comfort to anyone. We have already received numerous compliments on our beautiful window. Thank you. Keep up the good work.
