We hired Stoneworks Canada and paid them 50% upfront, they promised us to have the work completed in 2 weeks time, there were days they never showed up, when they were her they sat drinking beer, and all the workmanship was of a shockingly poor quality.
They kept asking for more money, and refused to correct any of the many issues and mistakes they made. We unfortunately not only hire dthem to do our paving, but they told us they had "experts" that could build our deck, and do our painting. The deck alreday has huge holes in it, and it is the worst paint job ever, they even used the wrong paint - and we paid for all the materilas they bought.
They gave us invoices with total amounts on, but you couldn't see what they had actually bought, and they took all of our spare material, without asking, we are sure they used this at other construction sites. They refused to fix any of their mistakes,and came back during the day when we were at work to take all of the paint etc we had paid for, and left outside!
They have refused to return any of our phone calls. If we can save one other person from EVER having to deal with Stoneworks Canada we want to warn you now, they are a bunch of incompetent crooks, BEWARE.
