Home Inspection review in
We decided to hire this company for the house inspection as it has a good rating on Home Star. We had only 5 business days to make it and Alan was able to schedule an inspection on the day that all involved parties could make it. Alan came earlier to the house with tools and a camera. He explained us in details what issues and how need to be fixed with an approximate price for each job.
It was very helpful, as we figured out what should be fixed first.
He also sent us a detailed report with description of all issues.
Alan is a very professional and experienced inspector.
