After searching Homestars for an inspector that met my needs, I'm VERY glad I decided to call Alan. His responsiveness, professionalism, and attention to detail was extremely impressive. We are dealing with an interesting issue in rooms that flank a basement walkout and Alan provided a detailed report, including mold test results, that will surely serve us well in the future. Would I use Alan's services again? ABSOLUTELY. Would I recommend him to family and friends? Without a doubt.
