Home Inspection review in
Mississauga
We hired Alan from AllMax to do a home inspection on a renovated bungalow purchased with a home inspection condition. We found Alan to be knowledgeable, thorough and pleasant to work with. He produced a report quickly and we had lots of time to negotiate an amendment to the contract asking the Seller to fix all the deficiencies found by Alan. Alan even helped us with the wording of the amendment so that we were fully covered. Now that we bought the property we will be hiring AllMax again to do a Pre-Listing inspection on our house before we put it up for sale. Thank you.
