AllMax Home Inspection

Had Alan come out to inspect out property before finalizing our purchase. The house is 30 years old, so we wanted to have our own inspection done to supplement the report the home owners already had. Alan found other items of interest that weren't found in the original inspection. Also, he was able to explain all of the issues and suggest the necessary actions and approximate cost for everything. When spending this amount on a purchase you want to be aware of all issues to be budgeted for. Alan gave us the assurance that were making a good purchase. Thanks Alan!!
