Our Home Inspector, Alan was terriffic. Not only was he available at the last minute, he was very thorough and took the time to educate us on all things we needed to know about our new home. He found things we never would have noticed, or expected in a new home. He explained what was relevant and took the time needed to check everything out. At one point he was walking on the fence outside to investigate drainage......my husband and I were in shock. we had never seen a home inspector do that!!

Yes even new houses have some problems too.
If I didnt get up on the fence I would never have seen what the neighbouring property did to obstruct the drainage path.
