I called the number and talked with Alan, he was kind to fit my inspection on the day i wanted, made it easy for me, arrived on the primises on time, I was first time home buyer, was going throught the process first time but Alan made it really easy for me he walked me through Foundation, Roof, Exterior, Interior, Electrical, Water, Plumbing system etc. At the same time he did show me his observation of current condition of each of them and related advice for maintenance, also the tips and tricks and if there is any upgrade required what could be the approx. cost, the inspection report in PDF came after few hours of inspection, it was a very detailed one with pictures. Now I think I made a good decision. I fully recommend Alan for his work and professionalism.
