First time home buyer. I really like learning about houses work and wanted to make sure I was getting a safe and quality home for my first house. Allan was reccomended to me and I was very happy with the inspection. He was patient, explained things to me and tolerated my billions of questions. He climbed under decks, into tiny attics and behind furnaces and air condidtioners. He genuinely looked at everything he could physically look at, gave reccomendations and resources. The report was also extremely clear, gave photos and diagrams and suggestions for what needs immediate attention and how to fix it. I am now able to budget realistically to get the most important things done. Even better he has kept in touch and answered follow up questions. Great!

Having the knowledge of repairs required and being able to budget for them is a very important facet of purchasing a house.
I am always an advocate of the idea no matter how terrible the situation, as long as you are educated and can plan or budget to rectify the problem, then you have the peace of mind and informed decision that is really required when making the biggest purchase of your life.Thanks for the review :)
