Clarified Home Inspections

Shawn Janes was referred to us by a friend and we were very pleased with his work. He was already inspecting the exterior of the house before we arrived. He was extremely thorough and examined every inch of the house. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions very clearly. We received a comprehensive easy-to-understand report a few hours later via email. The report outlined both major and minor issues, and commented on which issues he would recommend to be fixed early to avoid potential consequences.
