Our toilet was leaking and we call this company. They did a good job fixing toilet leak. It was more than just replacing the seal - the builder put 3 seals instead of 1. John had to build a flange to extend the pipe.
No more leaks!

Overcharging and dishonest

Ottawa

Charged my tenants almost $500 to fix leaking toilet without consulting the homeowner and getting OK to proceed.
Promised to refund some money after I found out it should have been a $200 job instead of $500.
After repeatedly reminding him about the promised refund just heard the assurance that the check is on it's way. Then he stopped responding.
Avoid this company. Shop around. There are lotsa honest reliable plumbers, just not John the plumber.
