We first reached out to Drain Pro when we found an issue with our stack.
They came same day and Tyler did an amazing job getting it fixed. He was fast, very professional, quick and no mess left behind.
Then we had a major issue during the big Ottawa Aug flood of 2024. Tyler and his brother had to rip up a large piece of our basement and install a backwater flow valve. Coupled with some other work we found that needed to be done. We also had them in to run all the new piping for our laundry room also. Always present when they said they would come. Always professional. Always a fair price. I cannot recommend them enough. I am so happy from the work that was done. They are fair, reliable, honest and do not gouge their clients.
