Incomplete after making needed corrections
I recently had the unfortunate experience of hiring Pioneer Windows & Doors Inc to replace some windows and doors in my home. Unfortunately, the product they installed was not the greatest and broke one of my windows during the installation process. They also ripped up my trim and quarter-round and left it in a major state of disrepair. I had to hire another company to come in and fix the mess they left behind. It has been more than 4 months since they promised to fix the situation and they have still not made good on their word. I would not recommend this company to anyone and would advise anyone considering using
them to proceed with caution.
They finally completed the job.
The installer went above and beyond to fix the issues left behind after first install and tried his best to make it right witch he did.
I am now happy with job.
