My furnace broke down at the end of the last winter and fortunately I had the chance to thoroughly review multiple installation companies/quotes and various brand names before I made my decision. I decided to go with Furnace King, partly because of the homestar ratings (surrounding support of their customers long after installations, quality), the company history, differentiators to other companies.
After I made my decision to go with Furnace King, I had the pleasure to meet Sandip to discuss options etc. I must say that Sandip understands and knows his stuff. I asked him a lot of questions and he was able to answer all of them and his recommendations were on point.
The crew that came to do the installation did a fantastic job including venting out to the outside. They were thorough and making sure that everything was clean after. Brian came during the installation to check on whether everything was being done accordingly and gave me some valuable pointers on the set up and maintenance.
The only thing that's left is to actually turn on the furnance for the upcoming winter season and Brian recommended not to do it due to the hot summer days. Once I can check it off my checklist, I will probably change my rating to a higher one and add an update.
