Watchtower just finished installing my home office, and I can say that I couldn't be any more pleased with the whole process!! Tony did a superb job helping me design my 3 man work station - office to my specifications. He really listened to all of our ideas/concerns and did an excellent job working with his engineers to stay true to our original plans/designs, and has an overwhelming deal of product knowledge.
Their installers were also top notch! Very friendly and easy to work with, even under pressure as there were a few questionable issues at the start of the installation. They remained patient and diligent through the whole process, and amazingly did ZERO damage to my home during the install. I'm shocked! Even the people who textured and painted our walls did more damage on their way out then these guys did putting in dozens upon dozens of square feet of desks and cabinetry!
The price was also very reasonable for all the "non-standard" design elements we had them incorporate, and the total cost even came in below what I had expected.
I would HIGHLY recommend Watchtower to any friends or family. I look forward to working with them again when the time comes to do my guest room!
