Beware of the good review - THEY MUST BE FAKES!!!
Have been waiting for months for issues with the windows to be fixed (major aesthetic issues as well as windows that won't function). IGNORED by the company. They promised to fix it and months later they have not and do not reply to texts or phone calls. I mistakenly referred them to 3 others ALL of whom have had major problems that are as yet unresolved. DO NOT use this company.

We also share the belief that when the seagull hits the glass because it does not realize there is one so pure and clean it is, the window can't be fully operational any more. Unfortunately we have certain technological limitations as regards new glass production and sometimes there is a waiting period which is a little bit longer than expected due to specifics of the project. We are very sorry for you being not satisfied. We are ready to provide any assistance possible to you especially in removing the sealant outside once you give us an opportunity to do this. Let us just remind you that if there is no arrangement for the new sealant to be put right away it will not work well because your windows will become leaky.
