One of my rental houses is an old house. There are black mold spots in many places around the room. the second time we have Addison help us . He came over to check and found that the inside of my soffit was sealed and the air could not circulate, so the house had Condensation, the picture is all the soffit and gutter he helped me redo, and all the soffit vents were turned on. very professional.
