Raccoon damage and roof review after almost 6 years roofed by Victory roofing

Beware they do not always know how to fix things properly. or do what they say. Victory roofing did my roof almost 6 years ago so when An animal lifted a few tiles I thought to call them for the repair. They came the next day and bent down the lifted tiles and nailed into the top of the ridge tiles, which another roofer said is the incorrect way of fixing it to nail on TOP of the tiles. and caulked and they also removed some racoon poo from where the poos got stuck behind a downspout elbow from the upper level. They said they would come back to caulk the roof and siding area when dry. 3 days later they had not come back yet. They also said when I asked if they could stop the water getting into the siding at a L by doing a kick back diverter that they did not know how to stop the water from getting into the siding but would try more caulking. When I texted them 3 days later to say another company found exposed nails on the roof tile and that company said it is better not to nail into the roof tile as this could cause leaks, Victory texted he would come back if I wanted to caulk the roof. So even after he said he would came back, 3 days later he was now saying he would come back only if I wanted. I insisted he keep his word and come back with new ridge shingles to repair the tiles he put too many nails in on top of the tiles and to do the caulking he promised and to caulk the exposed nails that he had put too little caulking on almost 6 years ago. He did come back the next day, day 4,and he said he put nails in 4 days ago for the wind and because it was winter and new tiles would not stick in winter. On day 4 He did lift off the old tiles with too many nails on top because I asked him too but he still put nails on TOP of the tiles for the wind and said he caulked them. be careful what you pay for as they put nails On TOP of the roof tiles in places and do not know how to keep water out of siding at an L on a roofing job done about 6 years ago. Keep looking for another roofer if you want water not to go into your siding at an L and you do not want exposed nails or nails with tiny dabs of caulking to possibly cause tile and water damage to your roof. He said he forgot to come back to caulk and he was sorry and he said he was sorry he texted if I wanted him to come back as he thought I had hired someone else, but I had not hired that person to finish his job which he charged the above price for, for a 15 minute fix on day one, I hired the other roofer to stop the water coming into the siding at an L ,which Victory said he was not sure how to fix ,and to clean the eves for a more reasonable price than Victory quoted.
