Our humidifier wasn't draining properly and water was leaking all over our basement floor. We called Jason in a panic and he calmly walked us through the steps to stop the immediate flow of water before our in-person service call. We really appreciated that.
Jason and Chris are friendly and honest and diagnosed what was wrong with our humidifier right away. I would definitely recommend them.
