Upon the first visit to Cana Windows and Doors we received outstanding service from Wayne Thurber. Wayne took the time to listen to our needs respectfully and professionally. Clearly Wayne knows his business and was quick to show us exactly the type of windows and frames we needed to replace our 50+ year old windows. Within days of our visit to the Cana Windows and Doors showroom, Wayne came to our home and took some initial measurements and made some very helpful suggestions and recommendations. Wayne has exceptional customer service skills as does the installation team. Mario, the installer came to our home and took final measurements, the windows were ordered and within three weeks the windows were installed. A team of three installers led by Mario went about their job in a very clean, skilled and professional way. Even though it was pouring rain outside the installers were very diligent and had our five beautiful new windows installed in about 4.5 hours. They are extremely clean and tidy and we are most impressed with the quality of their work. We highly recommend Cana Windows for so many reasons: excellent customer care, quality products and workmanship, reasonable pricing and quick turn-around time starting with our first visit to Cana Windows and Doors to the installation date. Not only have the windows improved the look of our home, they make a big difference in terms of air flow, noise reduction and will no doubt cut down on air loss in the colder months of the year.
