Heavy flow of water over eaves troughs onto front porch, creating a waterfall and water damage. Rainwater was not draining properly to downspouts.
Gutter Force responded very quickly and fixed the problem, repositioning the eaves troughs using stronger hardware to ensure it did not sag again.
I would call them again and refer them. Very happy with results.
