After a cleaning and service I had a misunderstanding with service rep but owner James was very helpful in resolving. I am grateful that he took the time to call and resolve the issues.

We are glad we could talk to come to a solution. Our technician had the following response about the complaint, 'The original quote that was agreed upon by this customer was 100% honored. He later requested additional services that were at additional cost. One caulking was quoted and approved at $100. Upon further inspection, it was revealed that there were in fact, a total of 3 that were needed at the same height. Therefore the caulking portion of his bill went from $100 to $300. It is unreasonable to expect unlimited repairs at the quoted cost for one caulking, but this seems to be what this customer expected, even though he had agreed to pay $100 for the first one. It is company policy to call and get approval for additional work, and this was attempted. We were unable to reach him unfortunately, and after several attempts, a decision was taken to complete the additional work, as he had requested that we "take care of his gutters".' Gutter Doctor
