Window Cladding and House Painting
Richard approached us as a cold call primarily about recladding our weather-beaten wooden framed windows with aluminum cladding. Richard assured us that his team was exceptional and guaranteed us that we would be extremely satisfied. We also agreed to include painting of the entire house including doors.
The window cladding went extremely well. Amilcar is a true craftsman who did an exceptional job on the windows. He was very meticulous and precise with his work including the final fit-up and sealing. I can't say enough good things about his work and the windows look excellent.
The house painting went well although we were initially disappointed with some of the work done by Jose, specifically him not sanding some exposed wood frames as promised and some sloppy work on caulking/sealing many joints. Jose tried to explain his way out of the rework but Richard (to his credit) ensured that these details were redone to our satisfaction.
At the end, the quality of work is excellent and we received many compliments on the great appearance of the house. Richard stood behind his work and we highly recommend his services.
