Our A/C unit failed at night during the recent hot, humid spell. I called Max the next morning and he was on site at the agreed 10am time. The problem was determined to be low refrigerant. Max provided the option to recharge or replace the unit. As it was over 20 years old, my wife and I decided to replace it. Max was back at 1pm and completed the installation by 4pm. He answered all our questions and left the work area neat and tidy. At no time did he try to upsell us anything.
