This was my first service request via homestars and Max was super quick to respond and answered all the little questions that I had.
When he came to check out the the humidifier problem, he provided a few options to let us choose (along with his opinion). At the end, we replaced our faulty humidifier and got everything done quickly! Super smooth, and now I know who to go to right away next time I have a furnace/humidifier issue!
