We carne home after work to find our furnace had stopped dead. When I called the major furnace service company we'd used in the past the best they could offer was a visit the next day at 2:00 in the afternoon. The fact that I had 3 young girls who would have to face a night at near 0° weather did not make a difference to them.
I contacted Max and he was willing to come out even though it was late at night.
It turns out that the fan in our furnace was run down and it could not be replaced until the next day. However Max was able to implement a good that lasted the night allowing us to avoid a night of misery.
We are grateful that he was willing to aid us in hour of need and for the positive and professional manner in which he did so. I definitely recommend Aire Max as a reliable and service oriented company.
