Furnace stopped working overnight. called several places on saturday morning (including some of the top rated on homestars) and they were either unavailable to come until monday or didn't even call back. came across Aire Max, and Max (owner) said he could come by sat evening at 8:00pm.
He quickly identified the problem, gave a couple of options to consider and was able to order and complete the job by Monday (as supplier was unavailable on Sunday). Max performed the job quickly and effectively and also took the time to repair a few other problems he noticed with the set up of the drainage hose for the furnace and A/C (at no extra cost). Max also followed up with a phone call the day after the repair to ensure that everything was working.
I felt that Max took the time to personally ensure that he has completed the job my satisfaction, which i don't think you would get from the bigger companies out there. Thanks Max!
