Max was great. He was courteous, professional and demonstrated high level of expertise in the field. Max was able to quickly identify the issue and offered 3 options to solve it including replacement of parts, swaping my mid-efficiency furnace for a new one or replacing with high-efficiency. All options were offered at a very reasonable price. Having considered all options, I went with parts replacement that was done quickly and professionally the same day allowing me to go back to enjoying a warm house. Thank you, Max!
Follow up on my prior reviews - in March 2014, on one of the coldest Polar Vortex days, the furnace stopped working (ignitor gave up). Max came out at night, quickly identified the problem and offered to fix it the same night! The heat was back and my family could not have been happier...thank you immensely again, Max!
