Alpha Carpet & Duct Cleaning

We will be selling a house and never had the ducts or carpets professionally cleaned. Great duct cleaning by Sean and Dyako. If it's your first time, call these guys. The price includes some basic duct cleaning modification in your furnace ducts, and it's cheap. They have a dedicated heavy duty truck for this which is better than the cheap equipment the "other guys" use. Then Bob came to clean the carpets. I was honest and said I was not expecting any miracle as our stairs to the basement are incredibly filthy from shoes, big dog and spilly drinks. My plan was to see what happened with the full expectation that I would be replacing anyways. Bob finished and said he doesn't think I need to buy new carpet. It was super clean! There were only 3 problem spots. One was a spilly drink drop that nobody cleaned for over a year. You can barely see it now though, I just know it's there. The upstairs landing had bleach stains from a home pet cleaning vac that leaked and I left it a couple days, you can't clean a bleached out piece of carpet. Finally we had some red makeup incident in one bedroom. Makeup was everywhere upstairs and there was only the smallest couple of spots that could not come up. All of those are OUR fault, but the rest of the cleaning was so good, I think prospective buyers will overlook the problems my family created. Great job Sean, Dyako and Bob !
