When I saw the multitude of stains on the ivory-toned carpet left by our previous tenants and their black Staffordshire terrier, I knew I needed to do some professional cleaning. After some research I chose The One. Greg was very approachable and responded promptly to my request. He even called to see if it was okay to come by earlier than expected, which was fine.
He surveyed the carpets and set to work. He was very proud of the results and I too was impressed. The carpets were like new! The price was reasonable as well. I am already recommending him to friends.
