Frank (the owner) performed the duct and dryer vent cleaning and was very professional, personable and knowledgeable about what he was doing and explained it in a simple, straightforward way. He has an HVAC background so understands what needs to be done.
He was able to come out within a few days of my initial phone call, the final price was what was initially quoted and the work was completed with no mess (he takes his shoes off when going into the rooms). Everything was done to my satisfaction and I would recommend his service.
