*WARNING* - Do not hire Royal Roofing - they do not honour their warranty! After four years, the flat roof Royal Roofing installed in 2013 began to leak. I called Royal Roofing to fix my roof and honour their 10-year warranty. Royal Roofing showed up, went onto my roof, and then later told me that they would come by in two days to fix my roof. They never showed up. Royal Roofing stopped taking my calls and did not honour their warranty. I had to hire another roofer to fix my leaking roof. I hope this review spares others the horrible experience I went through.

Although we don't get many complaints from our clients, we always ensure to respond to any problems or concerns. In many cases, other factors contribute to the problem which may not necessarily be related to the clients roof. Regardless of the problem, we always strive to provide the best service and satisfy the needs of every client. In your case, we responded to your concern but were not able to help right away due to previous commitments. The reason of the leak is from the neighbours roof, as it is old and leaks, which was explained to you earlier with photos. Now you demand $3,000 for the work done by another roofing company without letting us view the roof or providing an estimate of the work.
